Hi!!!

I am attempting this blogging idea for the first time with a personal blog... :) Still working on getting everything up and running!!

Yesterday, February 25 2013 I started a new workout schedule using Cross Fit!!! And to be honest, it kicked my tail, but in a good way! Needless to say I woke up this morning with my quads on fire!! I knew that I had to jump right back in today for round two!!

I'm working on getting some health tips, healthy recipes and other fun stuff posted on here soon!!!
