Healthy Recipes

Found this great recipe for post workout snack or anytime snack for that matter on Pinterest! I added the   oatmeal, almond meal and cinnamon for thicker batter.

1 ripe banana
2 eggs
1/4 cup of ground oatmeal
1/4 cup of almond meal (i use Trader Joe's almond meal- its much cheaper than buying whole almonds and grinding them)
cinnamon to flavor

*mash banana and eggs together. mix in the oatmeal and almond meal until has the appearance of batter (add more if you want a thicker batter). add in as much or little cinnamon that you want for flavor. Pour silver dollar size portions onto a hot griddle and cook as though you would pancakes.*
*put in fridge what you don't eat :) The leftovers warmed up with a little Nutella make a great snack for the next day too!
