On a different front... :) We started our new workouts last week!! They are kicking my tail!! But we did a max week before we started the new stuff and my numbers.... :) Back Squat- 190lbs, Clean- 105lbs, Bench Press- 135lbs.... Surprised myself!!! Loving this newer strong me!! Ok, enough about me :) Tell me some of y'alls workout goals for this new year!!!!
